HHOKits.com makes every effort to produce the highest quality HHO Generators. We inspect every single HHO Kit and item before shipping to ensure that you receive only top quality merchandise.
Sometimes thing do happen so we offer a 30 day money back guarantee for parts and kits that HAVE NOT BEEN INSTALLED. Once installed, unfortunately, do to the nature of the kits, we cannot accept any returns.
To prevent any issues, please make sure to inspect every part before you install your HHO kit and contact us immediately if you discover a broken item.
To Return Your UNUSED HHO Kit:
If you have not installed your HHO kit, and it is within 30 days of your purchase date, you are able to return your HHO Kit. HOWEVER, you must first request a RAN (Return authorization number) before sending the kit so that we know who to give the money back to. To request your RAN, use our return request page.
Once you have your RAN, you will be able to ship the HHO Kit back to our warehouse with the RAN clearly labeled on a sheet of paper inside the box.
If you do not have a RAN and return your HHO kit we cannot guarantee that you will be able to get your money back.
